Instructions for Viennese pot
To prepare the Viennese pot recipe, please follow these instructions:
Sauté onion and garlic in a pan in butter. Pat the meat dry, got it in the Pan and Brown it at high heat. Came paprika, water, salt, caraway and cayenne pepper into the pan. Let it simmer under a lid ¾ hour, the meat is tender.
Add the sour cream and lemon peel, warmed up, but do not boil. Season with salt and pepper.
