100gCocoa (dark)
100gMagarine
100gSweetener
150gMargarine
225gCoconut
3tbspCacao
3.5dlMilk
375gIcing sugar
4tspVanilla sugar
400gWheat flour
400gSugar

Instructions for Vestjysk Chokodrøm

To prepare the Vestjysk Chokodrøm recipe, please follow these instructions:

Dough: Sugar and margarine are stirred well. Eggs add one by one and stir well. The rest of the ingredients are stirred in, however, flour must be added a little at a time to avoid lumps.

The dough is filled in a frying pan (about 30x40 cm) and baked at 200 degrees C. Alm. Oven for approx. 20 minutes.

The filling:
All the ingredients of the filling are melted in a saucepan while the cake is baking.
The cake is taken out and the filling is put on and the cake is left for 5 minutes.
