Mix the sauce of maizena, pineapple and soy sauce, ginger, broth, honey and onion, put the sauce into a small saucepan and bring to a boil, turn it down for 5 minutes and cook the sauce for 5 minutes. Remove it from the heat and style it aside.
Heat the wok over heavy heat to the smoker, put the oil in and wrap it around. Stir-fry corn, pepper and carrots for 4 min. Add bean sprouts and many tout peas and stir fry 2 min. Add sweet sauce, cook with the heat and cook for 2 min. Season with sesame oil and black pepper.
Serve with brown rice if the dish is vegetarian, otherwise for chicken, beef or fish.
