Instructions for Veal with grape
To prepare the Veal with grape recipe, please follow these instructions:
Stir the meat with salt, rasp, egg and milk in the order. Add finely chopped onion and ginger and season with salt and pepper. While the farmer rests a bit, cut grapefruit shreds. The two grapefruits are squeezed and the other two cut out of the white skin and the meat is cut into slats. The fries are roasted in half-butter, half oil, and then kept warm in a dish. Grapeskallen is given a short boil and then fry in oil together with bell celery cut into small pieces (it should not take color). Grape juice is added and boils a little. Add the bouillons, boil and smooth with corn starch soaked in a little water. Add the sauce with salt and pepper, add some butter and add grapefruit meat. Pour the sauce at the calf fry dishes and serve the dish with, for example, Roasted potatoes or rice.
