To prepare the Urteflûtes recipe, please follow these instructions:
Luke water, salt and yeast are mixed easily. The chopped herbs are added. I have used parsley, quiver and estragon together; It gives a nice taste to most dishes. You can also use thyme, oregano and parsley together. Make different kinds of flutes, so that there is different bread for the dishes - it is a great addition to everyday trivial food. Add all the flour that the amount of water can take. Be careful, however, that the bread is not too dry. It may be a little tacky. Formed into 4 large flutes and rakes for approx. 20 minutes. Come to the oven at 200 degrees and baked for 20 minutes.
