Ingredients for Tzaziki

2-3 | tbsp | Olive oil |
5 | dl | Plain yogurt |
Instructions for Tzaziki
To prepare the Tzaziki recipe, please follow these instructions:
Let yoghurt drain away a few hours in a coffee filter or a sieve lined with a tea towel (use væden for baking later instead of water or milk).
Grate the cucumber coarse. Got it in a sieve and squeeze as much moisture out of it as possible. Arrow and finely chop the garlic. Mix the yoghurt with cucumber, garlic and olive oil. Stir in mint and season with salt and pepper.
Tips:
Use if necessary. Greek yogurt, so you will not have to drain away.
