Ingredients for Turkish meatballs
0.5 | dl | Bulgur |
0.5 | tsp | Chili |
0.5 | Small onions | |
0.5 | tsp | Salt |
0.5 | dl | Tomato puree |
1 | tbsp | Olive oil |
200 | g | Minced beef |
3 | dl | Water |
Instructions for Turkish meatballs
To prepare the Turkish meatballs recipe, please follow these instructions:
Rivet ran fine
Bring the meat in a medium sized bowl with bulgur, salt, chili and grated onions. Thoroughly deal with your hands.
Form small bowls of the dad, and put them on a work plate.
Bring oil, tomato paste and water into a pan and bring to a boil while stirring.
Carefully put the meatballs in the pan with a casserole and let them boil for approx. 20 minutes under cover.
Allow the boil to boil a little and cook with salt and chilli.
