2 | tbsp | Olive oil |
25 | g | Yeast |
3 | dl | Lukewarm water |
500 | g | Wheat flour |
Instructions for Turkish madbrød
To prepare the Turkish madbrød recipe, please follow these instructions:
Stir the yeast into the water and then stir in sugar, salt, eggs and oil into the liquid. Add most of the flour and knead the dough well. Let dough raise in a warm place for about 20 min. Sprinkle the rest of the flour on a Board and knead the dough. Portion dough into 12 equal pieces that are shaped into buns. Press dough balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with wax paper. Let loaves after the draw for 10 minutes and brush with the beaten egg. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake loaves at 250 degrees for 10-12 my.
