Instructions for Turkish bread

To prepare the Turkish bread recipe, please follow these instructions:

Stir yeast into the water and then pour sugar, salt, egg and oil into the liquid. Add most of the flour and knead the dough well. Let the dough lift a loose place for approx. 20 min. Sprinkle the rest of the flour on a table and knead the dough. Divide the dough into 12 equal pieces shaped into buns. Push the balls flat and place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Let the breads adhere for 10 min. And brush with poached egg. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake bread at 250 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
