The butter is heated in a saucepan. Add the onion and fry for 3-4 minutes or until it is soft. Ginger, spice and ginger are stirred and switched for 1 minute. Glucose, vinegar and cranberry sauce are added and boil for 3 minutes. Take off the heat and cool slightly.
