Ingredients for Turkey breast with mango salad

½tspCoarse salt
1tspHoney
1Head lettuce
1kgTurkey Breast
1dlWild rice
1/4lWhipped cream
tbspSaucemel
2tspFresh, finely grated ginger
2tbspIndonesian soy sauce (ketjap manis)
2Ripe mango
25gButter
3tbspOrange juice
3dlWater
4dlChicken broth
6dlSolve rice

Instructions for Turkey breast with mango salad

To prepare the Turkey breast with mango salad recipe, please follow these instructions:

Rice:
Rinse the wild rice well. Bring water and salt to boil in a pan and add wild rice while stirring. Cook the rice with low heat and under tight lid for approx. 45 min. Boil the loose rice in another pot (see package).

turkey breast:
Let the butter become golden in a frying pan. Brown turkey breast 3 min on each side (6 min in total). Add broth, whipped cream, honey, soy sauce and ginger. Let the dish boil on low heat and under low for approx. 15 min. Turn the turkey breast and boil it for approx. 15 min. Until cooked. Take the meat up and let it rest for approx. 10 min. Bring the frying pan into boil and add sauce flour with stirring. Boil the sauce through low heat for approx. 1 min. Taste like

Mango Salad:
Peel the mango fruit and cut into thin boats. Distribute the salad leaves to 6 serving plates and indicate the mango fruit. Dip orange juice over.

When serving:
Mix the two kinds of rice and serve them in a hot bowl.

tips:
Instead of mango fruit, ripe papayafrugt can be used.
