Instructions for Tuntærte 02
To prepare the Tuntærte 02 recipe, please follow these instructions:
Cut the butter into small pieces and it came in a bowl together with the flour. Crumble the butter into the flour until it is finely ground and looks like grated cheese. Add salt and cheese and collect the dough with water into a solid, cohesive dough. The dough should not be manipulated. Portion dough into small, flat portions and place them in a greased springform. Press them out so there will be a flat bottom and dough goes up half of the page. Prick the bottom with a fork and forbag the middle of the oven for about 15 minutes at 200 degrees.
Drain the tuna and part it into flakes with a fork.
Stir in flour and sour cream together in a bowl. Stir in basil, salt, pepper and eggs in Turn spring onions, cheese and tuna. into egg mixture.
Put the stuffing in the bottom and behind the tart in the middle of the oven for about 35 minutes at 200 degrees.
