Ingredients for Tosca tart
1 | tsp | Baking soda |
1 | tbsp | Cream |
1 | tbsp | Wheat flour |
100 | g | Melted butter ell. margarine |
125 | g | Sugar |
2 | Eggs | |
50 | g | Butter ell. margarine |
60 | g | Almonds |
Instructions for Tosca tart
To prepare the Tosca tart recipe, please follow these instructions:
Whip egg and sugar frothy. Mix flour and baking powder in, along with the fat. Add cream or milk. Pour the dough into a greased form sprinkled with raspberries.
Put the cake in the oven at 175 degrees C. Alm. Oven for approx. 30 minutes.
Dip the almonds and chop them roughly. Melt the fat. Mix almonds, sugar, flour and cream in it. Let it boil a little. Grease the glaze, in a even layer, over the cake when baked for approx. 30 min.
Bake 15 minutes with glaze on.
