100 | g | Almonds, peeled |
120 | g | Butter |
120 | g | Sugar |
2 | Eggs | |
2 | tbsp | Milk |
Instructions for Tosca Cake
To prepare the Tosca Cake recipe, please follow these instructions:
Whip egg and sugar well. Stir the melted but chilled butter in, then stir the flour.
The dough comes in a greased spring form approx. 24 cm. In diameter. Put the oven in the oven at 180 degrees C. alm. Oven for 20-25 minutes.
Mix sugar, butter, milk and flour in a pan. Let it get a boil and mix the sliced almonds in.
When the cake is baked so much that it holds the shape, after approx. 20 min. Baking time pour the almond mixture over and cook the oven again for approx. 10 minutes to the surface is beautiful caramel color.
