1000 | g | Cod fillet without skin |
200 | g | Carrots |
200 | g | Leek |

4 | tbsp | Wheat flour |
Instructions for Torskegratin
To prepare the Torskegratin recipe, please follow these instructions:
The cod fillet is chopped roughly.
The fishfare is seasoned with salt and pepper, peppers and oregano. The fathers are stirred together with eggs, rasp and flour. When the dad is a good lamb, lubricate a flame dish with margarine.
Carrots are blanched for 2-3 minutes, then add pores that boil well.
