Instructions for Tomato soup - the best
To prepare the Tomato soup - the best recipe, please follow these instructions:
Cut vegetables and onion in rough pieces.
Cook them for a few minutes in a large pot.
Pour the chopped tomatoes and then the 8 dl. grøntsagsboullion.
Let it simmer under the lid for approx. 20 minutes.
Take the saucepan off the heat and blend it all.
Put the pot over heat again and season the soup with lemon juice, salt and pepper.
Server warm and eat it if necessary. With pasta (soup horns, screws, etc.)
tips:
It tastes amazing and is healthy and nutritious. You can add extra meat, meatballs in the soup or pepper with cream fraiche. Bon appetite!
