To prepare the Tomato coulis recipe, please follow these instructions:
For tomato coulis, cut the vegetables, cut into smaller pieces and sauté easily in a saucepan with tomato puree. White wine and water come together with salt, soup, pepper and sugar. The tomato mixture simmer 40 minutes, the soup dish is taken up and the mixture is blended and sieved back into the saucepan. Coulisen can be boiled or added a little water. It is cooked, cold and given to rejebavarois or rejebisque.
