125 | g | Dark chocolate, roughly chopped |
2 | tbsp | Honey |
2.5 | dl | Whipped cream |
2.5 | dl | Soy milk |
220 | g | Macadamia nuts roasted and coarsely chopped (or hazelnuts) |
3 | tbsp | Nut oil |
500 | g | Soft tofu |

To prepare the Tofu ice cream with chocolate pieces (Devil318) recipe, please follow these instructions:
Tofuen soak in warm water for 2 minutes. Is then transferred to the cold water for 2 minutes and then drips. Put tofuen in the Blender together now with maple syrup, honey and nut oil. Blend to paste is completely smooth. Gradually add the soya milk and cream and blend to the mixture is thick and creamy.
The cream is poured into a large icebox or metal form. Gently mix in nuts and chopped chocolate in the cream. Put a lid on the box or deck mold well with foil. Style it in the freezer.
The ice cream is stirred through just when it begins to stiffen. This process is repeated 3-4 times before the ice be frozen thoroughly.
Tips:
Finally, select the soft tofu type for this recipe. A cut fixed tofu has not the creamy consistency, which helps to make the ice cream so delicious.
