Ingredients for Tiramisu with apricots
A little grated chocolate | ||

1 | tbsp | Amaretto liqueur |
1 | Eco. Orange juice and must thereto | |
1.5 | dl | Lage from the apricots |
16 | Lady fingers | |
250 | g | Mascarpone |
3 | Past egg white | |
3 | tbsp | Sugar |
4 | Past egg yolks |
Instructions for Tiramisu with apricots
To prepare the Tiramisu with apricots recipe, please follow these instructions:
Put ½ portion of Lady Fingers in a bowl and benefit ½ of the apricots on top and drip with a little make.
Whip the plums with sugar so it is airy. Whip mascarpone, orange juice and grated orange peel and Amaretto in the pulp.
Wrap the pinch whites and come ½ part above the apricots.
Add a layer of Lady Fingers and apricots and drip with a little make. Cover with the rest of the cream.
Sprinkle with grated chocolate. Put in a refrigerator at least 1 hour before serving
