1.5 | tsp | Baking soda |
2 | tbsp | Cocoa |
2 | dl | Sugar |
2 | tbsp | Hot water |
2.5 | dl | Potato flour |
3 | Eggs | |
50 | g | Butter |
Instructions for Tigerkage - Gluten free
To prepare the Tigerkage - Gluten free recipe, please follow these instructions:
Melt the butter in a saucepan and let it cool a little. Whip eggs and pops foaming. Mix potato flour, baking powder and vanilla sugar and put it in the eggs together with the melted butter. Be careful, cocoa and water should be used in a while. Mix it all with a scraper and put half of the dough in a greased sandcake form of approx. 1½ L. Stir cocoa and water in the rest of the dough and pour it on top of the light dough. Pull a fork through the dough to mix the light and dark. Put the cake in the oven on the bottom groove and behind it approx. 45 min at 175 degrees C.
Refrigerate the mold slightly on a grate before the cake is turned out to cool on the grate.
tips:
The tiger cake should be brown and yellow striped. It is without wheat flour, convenient if you have a gluten allergist in the family or the circle of friends.
