Fromage frais is stirred with sugar and egg mixed with yeast, which is stirred in warm water. Cardamom and vanilla are added and the flour is sieved as the dough is kneaded. When it's good, put 12 bowls with 2 spoons on a baking sheet with baking paper on! Let the balls rise for 20 minutes. Bake 15 min. At 200 degrees !!
I often use liquid acacia honey instead of cane sugar !!
The balls may be brushed with coffee before baking them!
