It all mixes into a bowl and then kneaded together on the table. When the dough has worked well through it, divide it into 4 pieces, shaped into buns and put to the boil.
Here they have to rest for a minimum of three hours, but you can make the dough the day before you need it.
When the dough is ready, stretch it out to a thin bottom with lots of flour. Here you can - if you're in the cool corner - give the pizza bank a swim in the air that helps stretch the dough.

Remember to keep an eye on the pizza while baking it - it can quickly burn! When the pizza is baked, various fillings can be placed on top of the pizza before serving the pizza.
