The bottom
3 Packages Oreo
125g Butter
Put butter to melt. Crush oreos in a blender or with a spelled blender and mix them with the melted butter. Squeeze the mass hard with your fingers or a flat surface to a bottom in a fried spring form (max. 22 cm). Leave it to cool for half an hour before you reach the chocolate cream.

300g Philadelphia Original
150g Cream fraiche
1,5dl. Cream
200g Dark chocolate
1-3tsk. licorice Powder
½ Lemon
½ vanilla bar
80 Sugar
Melt the chocolate over a water bath and style to the side. Whip cream cheese and sugar evenly. Stir vanilla and lemon in the mass. Then turn the creme fraichen into the mass. Whip the cream stiff, but not to whipped cream and gently wrap the cream with a scraper. Put the melted chocolate into the pulp and turn carefully. Add now 1-3 tsp. Lacquer powder in the chocolate box depending on how strong the taste should be. Now spread the chocolate cream evenly into the spring shape at Oreobunden.
After you have put the cream on Oreobunden, you can separate the remaining Oreos package, remove the cream in the middle and put the biscuits on the cream as a peel layer between the two creams.

150g Cream Fraiche
1,5dl. Cream
80g Sugar
½ Lemon
1 tbsp. lemon zest
Whip cream cheese and sugar evenly. Stir vanilla kernel, lemon juice and lemon peel in the pulp. Then turn the creme fraichen into the mass. Whip the cream stiff and turn into the pulp carefully. Bring the vanilla cream on the middle of the chickpeak. Put the cake in the fridge overnight, the servers are cold.

Possibly decorate the cake with fresh berries and grated chocolate.

NOTE: The cake must be in the refrigerator for a minimum of 8 hours. It is planned to make the cake the day before use.
