Instructions for The good pasta
To prepare the The good pasta recipe, please follow these instructions:
Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packaging. Season onions and garlic in the oil without color and add the chopped beef and leave it brown. Clean the mushrooms and cut them into slices. Cut the pepper in the tern.
Bowl of mushrooms, peppers, chopped tomatoes and spices in the dish. Cook it through for approx. 5 minutes and season with salt and pepper.
Mix the boiled drip pasta together with the meat sauce and pour it into a large refractory dish. Stir the mornay sauce together with the cream and pour it into the dish.
Sprinkle grated cheese on and behind the dish in the oven at 200 degrees for approx. 30 minutes until the cheese is light brown and the right bubbles.
tips:
Replace if necessary. The pasta with whole grain pasta, use low fat beef fox, avoid the cream and use the low fat mornay sauce if you want to save a little on the calories.
