To prepare the Texmex chicken breast with avocado salad recipe, please follow these instructions:
The chicken thighs are wiped in paper. Stir tomato puree, garlic, lemon juice and spices well together and turn your thighs into marinade until they are well covered. Bag them for approx. 30 min. At 200 degrees C
Mix the avocadot, beans and merian leaves together with lemon juice and a little oil.
Distribute the salad to 4 plates and put a chicken breast on each. Decorate with a small wooden spoon with pickled chilli.
Serve cold creme fraiche and warm tacos
