The chicken thighs are wiped in paper. Stir tomato puree, garlic, lemon juice and spices well together and turn your thighs into marinade until they are well covered. Bag them for approx. 30 min. At 200 degrees C

Mix the avocadot, beans and merian leaves together with lemon juice and a little oil.
