To prepare the Tartlets with mussels a la greék recipe, please follow these instructions:
Vegetables are peeled and cut into slices, layered in a pot according to how much cooking time they require. The saffron is sprinkled and the mussel broth is poured over. Leave the vegetables to simmer until they are tender. The cod is cleaned and cut into fillets, boiled under low (in water added a little salt) for approx. 7-8 min. Mussels and steamed cod are added to the mussel bouillon, along with the many vegetables. Mussel broth is leveled with maizena (which is stirred in cold water). Season with salt and pepper. The party tartlets are heated in the oven at 200 degrees with the bottom upwards. Can also be heated on toaster. When the party tartlets are hot, pour the filling in and serve.
