Turn on the oven at 175 degrees (ordinary oven).
Cut the apples halfway, take out the kernel and make a cavity in the half apples and set aside. Peel the marcipan in a bowl (mix with the other stuff), add brown dough and soft butter and stir to a uniform paste. Distribute the marcipan stock into the half apples, sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
