Instructions for Taco sauce

To prepare the Taco sauce recipe, please follow these instructions:

The oil is heated in a small saucepan. Sauté onions soft for even heat for 2 min. Add the spices, sauté, stirring in 1 min. Add garlic and peppers and sauté them 2 minutes while stirring. Stir the tomatoes in the sauce to boil. Bring; the heat is muted, and the some gruel is 15 min, until it is thickened a bit. Stir from time to time. Stir in sugar; season with salt and pepper. Can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.

Serve hot with taco, nachos or as a dip with corn chips.
