Instructions for Swiss mini-02
To prepare the Swiss mini-02 recipe, please follow these instructions:
whip 1 1/2-2 tablespoons pasteurized egg white together with 125 g icing sugar with a hand mixer until it becomes a tough lot. Add two drops of peppermint oil/essence. the mass came in a plastic bag/freezer bag, cut a hole in the corner and hit about 25 pellets out on a piece of wax paper. put the chocolate pieces on top of the pellets before they stiffen. Let the pellets dry any hours.
