1 | dl | Fresh chopped parsley |
1 | tbsp | Chopped fresh tarragon, marjoram or Basil |
1½ | tsp | Salt |
20 | g | Melted margarine |
25 | g | Yeast |
300 | g | Wheat flour |
300 | g | Sigtebrødsmel |
3½ | dl | Lukewarm water |
Instructions for Swedish spice bread
To prepare the Swedish spice bread recipe, please follow these instructions:
Water and yeast are stirred together. The other ingredients are added and the dough is well kneaded. Set aside for a slight spot about ½ hour.
The dough is thrown down and shaped into a loaf of bread. Replies to the plate approx. 30 minutes
The bread is scratched and brushed if necessary. With eggs.
Bagetid about ½ hour at 200 degrees.
