Instructions for Sushi rice
To prepare the Sushi rice recipe, please follow these instructions:
Buy some common porridge from the supermarket - they must be ready (if they are gray they are too old). Do not buy the expensive special sushi rice, it's a waste of money. Calculate a cup (approximately ¾ dl.) Per. person. Pour one cup of water into one cup of rice. Boil the rice under the lid until the water is gone and allow to stand until they are steamed. Before adding the rice, add 2 tbsp. Sugar, a little salt and and 1/3 beer glass of zushieddike (vinegar or other white vinegar can also be used).
