2 | tsp | Cardamom |
2 | tsp | Bumped cloves |
200 | g | Grahams |
4 | tsp | Cinnamon |
5 | Large tablespoons Greek yogurt | |
6 | dl | Mini milk |
Instructions for Sugar-free and low-fat Christmas Muffins
To prepare the Sugar-free and low-fat Christmas Muffins recipe, please follow these instructions:
1. Mix all the dry ingredients together in a bowl - except sweetener
2. Add the milk
3. Add green jogurt
4. Add sweetener
5. Stir the dough thoroughly and fill the muffin molds up to approx. 1cm from the edge
6. Behind 150 * in hot air oven for approx. 30min
tips:
Tear a little dark chocolate and come to the top of the cakes, like icing You can vary the spices of your choice. They also taste delicious with cocoa powder and a cup of coffee in the dough. Also add nuts / raisins.
