The chocolate is melted over a water bath so it is ready for later.
Rinse and dump the almonds - about half as many as there are sprouts. Cut the almond along the flat side, so it starts to look like a flower stone.
Grab each almond into a thin layer of marcipan so that it is shaped like a flower stone.
Cut a crack into the sweat and put the wrapped almond into the saucepan. Squeeze the crack with your fingers afterwards.
The stuffed cheeses are coated with chocolate and allowed to cool.
