Instructions for Struds in cabbage

To prepare the Struds in cabbage recipe, please follow these instructions:

Chop the cabbage leaves and cook them lightly.

Heat the oil on a pan and brown stew. Mix the garlic and onion and boil for approx. 5 min. Season with salt, pepper, curry, mild peppers and fried nutmeg. Add the water and ½ broth and bring it lightly into the boil.

Place the boiled cabbage in a refractory dish and pour the meat and the cloud over. Put the potatoes in the dish and sprinkle with sprinkled black pepper and bowl. Cover the dish with stanniol and baked in a preheated oven at high temperature for approx. 1 hour.
