150 | g | Fresh Chinese egg noodles |

2 | tbsp | Sesame oil |
2 | tsp | Soy sauce |
425 | g | Baby corn chopped |
500 | g | Halibut, cut into thin slices |
Instructions for Strong halibut soup with noodles
To prepare the Strong halibut soup with noodles recipe, please follow these instructions:
Put the mushrooms in soft water in boiling water for 20 minutes, let them dripping off and squeeze out excess moisture, cut them well. Boil the noodles quickly in boiling water as directed by the package, let them drip well.
Cut the leaves of the stems on choy sums. Cut the stems 1 cm in length. Heat both oils in a thick pot, add onion and stale, stir at medium heat with stirring for 3 minutes or until onions and stems are tender.
Bring fish broth, soy sauce, ginger and garlic into the pan and allow to boil under gentle and easy stirring. Bring the fish meat and simmer until the fish is almost tender. Season with salt and pepper.
Come with corn, pepper, choy sum the leaves and mushrooms in the pan, let it boil quickly, turn down the heat and simmer for 1 minute.
Put the boiled drip noodles in 4 deep plates, pour the soup over the noodles and server immediately.
