Instructions for Strawberry sorbet 02
To prepare the Strawberry sorbet 02 recipe, please follow these instructions:
Boil water, sugar and lemon juice in a pan for 3-4 minutes and allow to cool. Mash the berries, or finely chop them in a blender or food processor. Stir them in the cold sugary and put the mixture in the freezer until it is half-stiff. Stir in it sometimes. Whip the whites very rigidly and add the sugar spoonfully during heavy whipping. Turn them into the semi-frozen sorbet, which is placed in the freezer and freeze completely. Serve in small glasses along with fresh berries.
tips:
Tip: Freeze the sorbet in an ice machine, egg whites can be omitted. Variation: Use raspberries instead of strawberries, or a mixture of several berries.
