30 | g | Wheat flour |
35 | g | Potato flour |
50 | g | Icing sugar |
500 | g | Strawberries, fresh |
Instructions for Strawberry pie from the baker
To prepare the Strawberry pie from the baker recipe, please follow these instructions:
Stir the eggs in a bowl and add flour and cold water. Whip until it is white. Season the flour with potato flour and baking soda in another bowl. Dressed a spring shape approx. 26 cm. With baking paper. Stir the egg in the flour and pour it into the mold and back for 9 minutes at 200 degrees C. alm. oven.
Melt chocolate over water bath and brush over the cooled cake bottom.
Eggs and sugar are whipped together for cream. Add maizena, milk and vanilla and slowly warm up stirring until thickened. Cool.
The chilled cream is spread on top of the chocolate and the strawberries halved nicely on top of the cream.
Blow the husblaas in water and melt in the juice, brush over the cake and cool.
