To prepare the Strawberry ice cream with melon balls recipe, please follow these instructions:
Rinse, pinch and mash the strawberries. Stir them with a little of the flour cream. Whip the rest of the flour with the egg yolks and mix the strawberry puree. Sprinkle the cream to the foam and turn it in. Freeze the ice cream and stir the ice regularly during the first hour of freeze. Slice the ice cream into a serving glass and add flour and a fresh mint leaf in the top.
