Ingredients for Strawberries Medal

100 | g | Butter |
150 | g | Wheat flour |
2 | Egg yolks | |
2 | tbsp | Sugar |
2.5 | dl | Cream (13%) |
2-3 | tbsp | Cream or 1 egg yolk |
250 | g | Fresh strawberries |
Instructions for Strawberries Medal
To prepare the Strawberries Medal recipe, please follow these instructions:
Findel the fat in the flour and mix sugar. Add cream or egg yolk and collect the dough. Roll it out to two round plates. Prik them with a fork and bag them at 175ÂșC for approx. 10 min. Let them swallow. Cream: Bring the cream to the boil with the battered vanilla. Whip egg yolks and sugar together and whip corn starch. Pour boiled cream into the egg while whipping. Pour it back into the pan and bring it near the boiling point while whipping. Remove the pot from the heat and let the cream swell. Fish the vanilla up. Cut most of the strawberries into slices and turn them into the completely cold cream. Put the medal with strawberry cream. Sprinkle with flour and decorate with whole strawberries.
