To prepare the Strawberries in mint syrup recipe, please follow these instructions:
Rinse and nip the strawberries. Chop the mint leaves. Boil water, sugar and mint together into syrupy consistency. Stir the rhubarb long and cut them into small pieces. Boil them for 1 minute in the syrup.
Take the pot from the heat and let it pull, until the rhubarb is just tender, they may have a bit of bite. Pour rhubarb and syrup over half or sliced strawberries and server with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.
