Instructions for Stewed halibut with pepper sauce
To prepare the Stewed halibut with pepper sauce recipe, please follow these instructions:
Cut the halibut into oblique pieces of 8-10 cm. Make the cooking layer by pouring water, salt and white wine and cook in a large pot and bring to a boil. Put the halibut fillets in the egg yolk and boil them for approx. 15 minutes. Lay the fish pieces on a dish and keep them warm (under lid or silver paper).
Boil the potatoes in boiled salt water. Cut the peppers into coarse tern and cut into quarters. Put the pepper and onions in butter in a saucepan, pour the egg yolk over and simmer for approx. 5 minutes, until the peppers are tender. Add cream and cook it all for 2/3 for approx. 15 minutes.
Blend the peppers mixture into a blender or food processor and pour it back into the pan. Season with salt. Vaporize the fine peas according to the instructions on the package.
Serve the halibut pieces on a dish with the peas and serve the pebersauce and potatoes.
