To prepare the Steamed salmon with brown fish fried recipe, please follow these instructions:
The garlic is crushed, cut into thin slices, onion and carrot cut into slices.
All herbs are exchanged in oil in a thickened pot. Add fish broth and red wine and simmer for low heat for 30 minutes. Sift it and cook it down to half.
Sprinkle the salmon fillets with white wine and balsamic vinegar and steam them in the oven for 5 - 7 minutes at 200 degrees C. alm. oven.
Let the fish rest before serving. Sprinkle the cold butter into the fish fried and season with salt and pepper. Let it simmer by low heat until the sauce becomes thick.
