To prepare the Steak of salmon with herbs and apples recipe, please follow these instructions:
Butter a baking dish with butter. Lay the salmon pieces in, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Stuv the grated vegetables and Apple in the butter in a pan, add the Apple juice and salt. Season with sugar, if needed. Pour the mixture over the salmon and set the dish in a hot oven at 180 degrees about 15 mins.
Accessories: Bread and sauce touched by ½ l thick yogurt (URf.eks. Greek), 1 tablespoon dijon mustard, 4 tablespoons minced dill, 3 tablespoons olive oil, salt and pepper.
