Ingredients for Squash tart
1 | tsp | Oregano, dried |
1 | tbsp | Salt |
100 | g | Quark. 5 + |
100 | g | Butter |
150 | g | Wheat flour |
2.5 | dl | Whipped cream |
200 | g | Feta. 60i |
3 | Eggs | |
300 | g | Squash |
Instructions for Squash tart
To prepare the Squash tart recipe, please follow these instructions:
The dough is collected and rests cold for at least 1 hour.
Then roll the dough out and put it in an approx. 27 cm. pie tin. The bottom is dotted with a fork and stands for ½ hour.
Sprinkle squash roughly, sprinkle with 1 tablespoon of salt and leave for half an hour to drain water.
After half an hour the squash is rinsed for salt and the wort is twisted off. The feta rifts Squash, feta and oregano are mixed and spread into pies. Eggs, cream and pepper are whipped together and poured over the filling.
Bake at 200 degrees C. alm. Oven for approx. 35 min.
The pie is served with tomato salad
