1000 | g | Small squash |
12 | dl | Raw sugar |
2 | Lemons juice thereof | |
400 | g | Easy mashing and prepared from pineapple |
Instructions for Squash jam in
To prepare the Squash jam in recipe, please follow these instructions:
Inserts squashene into slices and put them in a saucepan with the lemon juice, zest and pineapple pieces. Let it boil up and screw down the heat. La småsimre without the lid for 15 minutes.
Add sugar and ginger and let it boil vigorously up without lid and stirring, the sugar is melted.
Add the melatinen and let it cook for another 2 minutes. Finally, the jam is creamed off carefully and pour on hot, sterile glass that are sealed with paraffin wax.
