To prepare the Spinach salad with tomato and mozzarella recipe, please follow these instructions:
Rinse the fresh spinach leaves, put on a dish.
Cut slices of thin strips and cut thin tomato slices. Cut the mozzarella cheese into small pieces. Put tomato slices on spinach, sprinkle with onion strips, salt and pepper.
Put the cheese over, sprinkle with lemon juice and olive oil, sprinkle with oregano.
Can be served as a starter with eg. Grilled cheese bread or as an accompaniment to main courses.
