Instructions for Spinach rim
To prepare the Spinach rim recipe, please follow these instructions:
Chop the spinach coarsely with a knife on a Board. Melt the butter in a saucepan and whisk the flour into the Baby with milk and cook. to a thick jævning. Remove the Pan from the heat and add the eggs, one at a time under heavy whipping. Mix in the spinach and season with spices.
Fill the mass in a well-oiled rim shape and cover with foil. Style them in the oven at 200 degrees Turn immediately down to 175 degrees and bake for about 40 minutes, the last 5 minutes without the foil.
Let the spinach stuck in the mold a little and pour it out on a platter. Put cooked mini corn or cooked carrot sticks in the middle.
