Instructions for Spinach-filled turkey breast
To prepare the Spinach-filled turkey breast recipe, please follow these instructions:
Pour the liquid out of the spinach and cut it into rough pieces. The garlic chopped and browned in a little olive oil. Spinach is added and spiced with salt and pepper, possibly with sprouts of nutmeg.
Cut a pocket in the turkey breast and fill with spinach. Close with toothpicks.
The potatoes are cut into cubes of ½-1 cm, the pearls are peeled and mushrooms are cleaned. Mix it all together with the timber in an oil-fired refractory dish. Place the chest on top and season the dish with salt and pepper before it is cooked in the oven for 45-60 minutes. Cook the sky to half and level with Maizena flour and season with salt and pepper. Slice the chest (1 cm) on top of the vegetables and sprinkle with chopped parsley and the sauce poured around.
Accessories can be mixed salad and a good bread.
