200gCold smoked salmon, sliced

400gSpinach, fresh cusp for stems

Instructions for Spinach and salmon

To prepare the Spinach and salmon recipe, please follow these instructions:

Mix flour and salt in a bowl. Cut the cold butter into pieces and crumble it in the flour mixture. Mix the water and collect the dough. Place it in the fridge for one hour. Grease a tart and roll the dough out. Lay the dough into the mold and bag it at 200 degrees for 12 minutes.

Melt the butter in a saucepan and put the rinsed spinach leaves in. Heat them until they fall apart. Squeeze white and stir in spinach. Spread it on the baked pie. Cut the salmon into smaller pieces and put it on top of the spinach. Cream, egg, mozzarella and salt are whipped together and poured over the filling.

Bake the pie at 200 degrees for half an hour.
