100gAlm. wheat flour
100gDurum wheat flour
12.5gYeast
2tspCoarse salt
200gSifted spelt flour
5dlWater

Instructions for Spelled bread with herbs

To prepare the Spelled bread with herbs recipe, please follow these instructions:

Stir the yeast into the water with salt and honey. Stir the three kinds of flour in one at a time. The dough should only be stirred with a spoon and have consistency like thick oatmeal. Sprinkle a thin layer of flour over, place the dish over the bowl and refrigerate overnight or at least 6 hours (can also be raised for about 3 hours). Remove the dough and gently stir it through a spoon. Turn on 220 degrees and let the baking pan heat in the oven. Take it out, put the baking paper on and spread the dough on a square, use the spoon. Sprinkle or brush the oil over and sprinkle with salt and rosemary. Leave it 10 minutes. Pour the bread in the middle of the oven approx. 20 minutes to the surface is light brown and the edges easily crisp. Let it cool off on a grid.
